Good area, really nice staff, but could be improved with basic things: microwave in the room, door stopper underneath the door so snow/frigid air doesn’t come in, someplace to put clothes (drawers were broken and the rooms were tiny so no place to put ski gear), the room was clean but very dusty so allergies beware.

Gravity Haus’ staff are friendly and went above and beyond. I called after I had finally found a parking spot at the mountain and realized I had left my jacket in the room. I called back to the hotel and one of the staff members said he was about to run an errand and would swing by and drop it off to me, unbelievable kindness. He said he wanted me to have an excellent day of skiing. Their location is excellent with several dining options within walking distance as well as “lift” to the mountain just across the street. Rooms are simple and comfortable with thoughtful design leaving enough room to keep all your gear.

Rooms are cozy and beds are very comfortable. Staff is always so friendly and attentive. Location is perfect! Humidifier in room is so nice.

At the off-season rates, this was an incredible deal. We loved the bunk bed for our kids since they hate sharing a queen at a normal hotel. And the gym was fabulous, the kids and I had a fun time working out. The lobby space was also very cozy and a great place to sit and read.

Cool location - just on the main street. A lot of beds (2 double beds). Nice bathroom. Easy access by walk to the store, caffe or restaurants. Nice restaurant on the site. Good wi-fi. Good parking.

Excellent location within walking distance from downtown stores and restaurants. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the Winter Park area.

Loved the decor and vibe. Loved that they offer king bed with a set of bunk beds- great for families with kids! We also loved that it had Netflix!

The location is perfect! Close to everything, they have they’re own caffès with good food? Coffee, and drinks. It was very clean.

Central to everything in Winter Park. Great bar and lounge with outside seating. Food was very good and staff was laid back and friendly.
